1. Who we are
Inkreach Media is a book marketing and author services studio. We work with indie, self-published, and traditionally published authors on services listed on this site, including Goodreads review campaigns, Amazon A+ content, Amazon Author Central, book trailers, email and launch campaigns, publishing support, author website design, and free author support.
Questions about these terms: write to hello@inkreachmedia.com.
2. Using this website
You may browse the site, read about our services, and send an inquiry. Do not misuse the site: no scraping that harms the service, no attempts to break into staff tools, and no posting of unlawful or misleading material through our forms.
Content on the site — copy, layout, photographs we own, and the Inkreach Media name and logo — belongs to us or our licensors. Author book covers and testimonials appear with permission for the purpose shown. You may not copy the site as a competing service page.
3. Inquiries are not a contract
Filling in a contact form, emailing us, or opening checkout does not book work. We reply with questions, a plan, and a quote where we can take the project. A binding agreement starts when both sides accept that quote (or a later statement of work), including scope, timeline, and price.
4. Services and results
We describe what we actually do: named project management, genre-matched genuine readers for review campaigns, and the deliverables listed on each service page. We do not promise bestseller ranks, a set number of sales, or that a platform will keep a review, listing, or campaign live forever.
Platform rules (Goodreads, Amazon, and others) sit outside our control. If a platform changes or removes something, we will tell you what we know and what we can still do. We will not provide fake reviews or other work that breaks those rules.
5. Your materials
You confirm you have the right to send us manuscripts, covers, bios, and other files, and that using them for the agreed work will not infringe someone else’s rights. You keep the rights to your book. Unless a quote says otherwise, you also keep the rights to assets we create for you (for example A+ modules or a trailer) once the agreed invoice is paid.
We may show completed work as a case study (title, cover, and outcome already on this site) unless you ask us in writing not to.
6. Fees and payment
Prices on the site are starting points (“from”) unless a quote states a fixed fee. Payment, if you use checkout, is processed by the payment provider we send you to. We do not store your full card number on this website.
Refunds, pauses, and extra rounds of revision follow the quote for that project. Work already delivered is generally not refundable.
7. Free author support
Free author support is offered at our discretion, is confidential, and is not a paid campaign. We may decline or stop it if we cannot help usefully.
8. Liability
We will do the work we agreed with reasonable care. We are not liable for lost sales, lost rankings, platform decisions, or indirect loss. Our total liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project, except where the law does not allow that limit.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the current one. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms for site use. Existing paid projects stay on the terms in the quote unless we both agree otherwise.
