1. Who this covers
Inkreach Media (“we”) runs this website so authors can learn about our services and contact us. This policy applies to the public site, inquiry forms, email to hello@inkreachmedia.com, and checkout when you start a payment.
It does not cover other companies’ sites you leave ours for (for example Goodreads, Amazon, or a payment provider).
2. What we collect
You may give us:
- Name and email (required on inquiry forms)
- Book title and a message about what you want to achieve
- Phone number, if you include it on a lead form
- First name, last name, and email if you open checkout
- Anything you send in email or files for a quote or a live project (manuscript, cover, bio, and similar)
We also receive technical data the browser sends automatically when you load a page (for example IP address, browser type, and the page requested). We do not run advertising pixels on this site.
3. How we use it
We use this information to:
- Reply to inquiries and send a plan or quote
- Deliver agreed work and report on it
- Take payment through the provider we send you to
- Keep records of a project for as long as we need them to do the work and handle follow-up
We do not sell your information or use it to build a marketing list for other companies.
4. Who else sees it
Staff working on your inquiry or project see what they need to do the job. If you pay online, the payment provider (for example Stripe) processes the transaction under their own privacy policy. Hosting for this website stores the files that make the public pages load.
Third-party badge images in the footer are loaded from those providers (for example NetGalley). They may see that your browser requested the image.
5. Cookies
The public site does not require an account. A signed-in staff cookie is used only on the local content editor, which is not part of the public website. Your browser may still store ordinary session data needed to load pages.
6. How long we keep it
Inquiry messages are kept long enough to answer you and, if we work together, to run the project. We delete or archive material when it is no longer needed for that purpose, unless we must keep it for a legal or accounting reason.
7. Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing hello@inkreachmedia.com. We may need to keep some records of a paid project.
You can also stop emailing us or decline a quote at any time before work is agreed.
8. Children
This site is for authors commissioning professional services, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
9. Changes
If we change how we handle information in a way that matters, we will update this page. The date below is when it was last revised.
