The channel you actually own

A launch without email is a launch hoping the feed cooperates

We build the sequence: magnet, welcome, preorder, launch week, and a simple monthly rhythm after. Copy sounds like you — not a department store. Setup can live in the tool you already use, or we help you pick one that will not fight a novelist’s schedule.

What we write and wire

From first signup to launch week

01

Reader magnet

A short story, sample, or bonus that is actually worth an email — plus the landing page copy.

02

Welcome sequence

Who you are, what you write, and why they should stay — without a hard sell on day one.

03

Launch sequence

Preorder, cover, countdown, live day, and “still here if you missed it” — timed, not spammy.

04

Tool setup

Tags, automations, and a simple calendar so you are not rebuilding this from scratch next book.

Process

How an email campaign is built

Voice sample first. Automations last.

1

Audit the list

Tool, list size, past sends, and what you promised readers when they signed up.

2

Map the sequence

Welcome, nurture, and launch emails on a calendar tied to your pub date.

3

Write in your voice

Drafts you can actually send. We revise until it sounds like you on a good day.

4

Load & test

Automations, links, and a test send so launch day is not the first time it runs.

Don’t leave launch to the algorithm

Build an email campaign that sells the book

Share your tool, list size, and pub date. We will outline the sequence.

Fit

Who this is for

Email campaigns are for authors who are tired of renting reach from an algorithm and want a list they actually own.

A book is about to go live

Launch sequences turn “maybe later” into a preorder or a pub-week buy.

You have readers but no follow-up

A welcome flow and a simple newsletter plan keep one-time buyers in the room.

The voice has to stay yours

We write the letters. You approve them. Nothing goes out that does not sound like you.

FAQ

Questions authors ask first

I do not have a list yet. Is this still useful?

Yes. Welcome and launch packages include the magnet copy and the first sequence. You still need a tool and a place to send people — we will say which, and we will not pretend a list appears from nowhere.

Will the emails sound like me?

That is the brief. We write in your voice from samples you send, then you approve every letter before it is loaded.

Which email tool do you set up?

One platform per launch package — usually the one you already pay for. We do not lock you into ours.
